I open Bitlord, the permissions box appears I press "Yes" and nothing? Why?

What happen to you bitlord mine work fine on friday morning yesterday i check and its saying something with connection i try to get bitlord on laptop but same problem what happen to you?

Ah , i had a similar issue with this , i found that, whilst visually , it looked like it wasn't running , however , look in the task manager , and you will find it running , and you can not run another instance of the program until this one has been closed, I found that after exiting the program from the task manager , you can try again , however, double check your hardware to make sure you meet the minimum system requirements.

If this error appears every time you start the computer, then there is a program in your system start up that isn't properly installed. I can't tell you which program without more information. A quick search shows that this is a common problem with DriverCure and FileCure. Uninstall/reinstall them if you have one of these programs.

If you don't know which program it is, then you need to go through your startup programs one by one.

Press "windows key + R" to bring up the run dialog box.
Type in "msconfig" and click "OK."
If the UAC dialog box comes up, click "Continue."
Click on the "Startup" tab.

It will display a list of every program that runs when your computer boots. Uncheck the first box for the program that you think might be causing the problem and then click "OK."

A box asking if you'd like to restart your computer will appear. Click "Restart Now."

A dialog box will appear notifying you of changes to your startup, click "OK" and msconfig will reopen.

If the error reoccurs, then uncheck the next item on the startup tab and repeat until you find the one causing the error. Make note of the name of the last thing you unchecked and uninstall/reinstall that program.

To get rid of the startup notification box, simply check "Don't show this message..." before clicking "OK"

Disabling Startup Programs in Windows For some programs, it's smart to have them start with Windows, such as anti-virus and firewall software. However, for most programs, starting them at boot-up just wastes resources and extends startup time. There is a tool installed with Windows, called MSConfig, that allows you to quickly and easily see what's running at startup and disable the programs you prefer to run on our own after startup as needed. This tool is available and can be used to disable startup programs in Windows 7, Vista, and XP.
NOTE: MSConfig can be used to configure several things other than just startup programs, so be careful what you do with it. If you're not sure about using it, just follow the steps in this article and you should be fine.
To run MSConfig, open the Start menu and type "msconfig.exe" (without the quotes) in the Search box. As you type, results display. When you see "msconfig.exe," click on it or press Enter, if it is highlighted.
NOTE: If you are using Windows XP, open the Run dialog box from the Start menu, type "msconfig.exe" in the Open edit box, and click OK.

Click the Startup tab on the System Configuration main window. A list of all the startup programs displays with a check box next to each one. To prevent a program from starting up with Windows, select the check box next to the desired program so there is NO check mark in the box. Click OK once you have made your choices.

A dialog box displays telling you that you may need to restart your computer for the changes to take affect. Click Restart to restart your computer immediately. If are not ready to restart your computer, click Exit without restart.

I think you are referring to HP's We Care utility program. First thing to check is for any programs in the Startup folder. Click on the START button, then All Programs, then click on the Startup folder. If one of HP's programs are in this folder, delete it (you are only removing it from the startup, not from the computer). If no program appears in the Startup folder, do the following:

1. Click START
2. type msconfig in the search programs and files box
3. click on Startup tab
4. remove checkmark from the HP utility (We Care)
   
5. click Apply
6. Reboot

This process will prevent the HP program from opening each time you reboot.

Try starting your mac from it's install disc.
1) First turn off your computer.
2) Then restart it, right when you push the power button to turn it on, press the option key down and hold it
3) pressing the option key will bring to a screen where you can choose your startup disk. Usually, you'll see your Macintosh HD available to startup from. Don't choose anything yet.
4) Insert your install disc into the CD slot.
5) wait a couple of seconds and then clock on your install disc as your startup option.
6) after clicking on the disc, go to the menubar and click on Utilities then disk utility.
7)once the disk utility app is open hit "verify disk permissions"
8) after you've "verified disk permission" hit "repair disk permissions"
- this might take a long time depending how much you've actually done this (which it's good to do every other month or so to keep your mac running smoothly). things might seem to freeze up as well, but it's the mac trying to verify and repair broken permissions on your computer. Don't that's normal.
9) after you have repaired the disk permission, reboot your mac by quitting disk utility and then choosing the startup disk as your normal macintosh HD. That should do the trick. If not, tell us what has changed.

4. Restart the computer.
5. Insert the microsoft office CD into the CD or DVD drive, and then run the microsoft office Setup program.
6. After the microsoft office Setup program has completed running, reinstall your antivirus software program.

Startup file corrupted. Try inserting gray disc 1 and repair disc permissions under disc utility and also select repair disc after that. Now go into system prefs, accounts, select your user name, select login items and highlight all the programs in the box. Then press delete as these programs are not needed to start up the computer. Your not deleting the programs-just preventing them from starting up when you first press the power button. Still nothing? Then re-install the operating system and that should fix it. Still nothing? Get a new hard drive and install new operating system on that. Still nothing? Well then old chap your fu.kd as you will need to repair the logic board or buy a new logic board.

click on start then run (on XP) or click on the white search box (in vista and seven) then type msconfig and press enter. then click on startup, in there are listed all startup programs. take the tick from the box next to the program you DO NOT wish to start , then click apply then click restart

when the computer restarts you will have a notifaction box that appears telling you that you have used the configuration program make sure you tick the dont show again on restart, otherwise that will appear every time you restart the computer

the best way is to click start then run, then type msconfig and press ok and you will see a box appear.

Click on the startup tab along the top and all the things in the list that are ticked are running when you start up.

Check the name of each ticked item to make sure you know what it is is and if you dont need it in startup untick it. Things like itunes, adobe speed reader, quick time task etc arent needed at startup and can be opened just the same by double clicking the program as usual when needed.
