Ireplaced all 4 new cartages the lcd show no cartage open ink door
replace cartages

I have the same problem.

after replacing only color black the printer still cannot detect it
it shows no catridge

my printer keeps saying to remove tops off ink or to reinstall or that i am out of ink (recently replaced and previously was working). cannot get the printer to get out of this mode. sometimes says no cartridge.

I replaced the black ink cartridge when the old one ran out of ink. I get the message that there is no black ink cartridge in the machine.
