If you don't have the exact charge by weight, just charge up to approx 68 psig suction, it should be at least 80 degrees ambient outside and warm in the rv when you do this, put an ampmeter on compressor and go no higher than the full load amps on nameplate. 68 psig will give you about 40 degree evaporator temp
Where is the green light that comes on? If it is not on the unit you may have a fuse or circuit breaker problem. check these if you hav ot already done so.

whenever I run into a memory issue with a portible unit that uses a battery backup I have found battery corrotion on the battery cointacts! also remove the main power source the batteries the wall plug and let it set for several minutes and hit the power switch a few times then retry everything again

You have to hit the rest botton on the furnace for the led to pick up the remote always you can go to your rv manu and it will help you out if not you can go to any rv lot and they will show you how to rest your systems
Can you give me more details on the RV, such as chassis make ( Ford I'm guessing) year, and engine, and what make and model of the RV itself. The reason I ask for RV make as well is because some manufacturers of RV's use different battery isolators, set-ups etc., in their units.
try to turn off the ups and the main source and unscrew the screw from the smnp card if you hav than re insert it back again than you will turn on the main source after than turn on the ups.. if it still not workin it i assure that it your ups havin a hardware issure call the service line and ask for the maintainence...
