I suggest you open the bleed nipple at each brake that is binding and if the brake releases the problem is probably caused by a sticking booster, master cylinder or a maladjusted linkage or booster push-rod.
When everything is correctly adjusted/set a small clearance should exist between the booster push-rod and the fully returned master cylinder piston.
If each brake doesn't release the problem is clearly lack of maintenance of the brakes which will need dismantling and checking to locate the trouble.
Hi. it could either be engine lacking power ie fuel or fuel pump,
rings,compression down,brakes binding,timing no vacuum advance working, or clutch slipping.
check all suspension rubbers and bushes. check ball joints for wear. The noise goes because when the brakes are applied the load is placed on the worn/ loose parts
Check the brake rotor backing plate to see if it is rubbing against the brake rotor, check the brake pad condition at the same time, it may be the low brake pad sensors that you are hearing.
You have a leaking power brake vacuum (this is what you hear) operated power booster. Go to this linkto read the procedure of removing and pacing the power brake vacuum booster
Ok, it could be a few things, 1. bad break caliper. 2. if you have ceramic breaks, it could be a cracked brake pad, and if they are not ceramic they can still be cracked. 3. if you drive a lot then it could be that you need new breaks again.. 4. also have your back breaks checked along with the front ones..
