If this is when you are on the Pogo website then it is likely that you need to update your browser. That's a program command to open a related page and you shouldn't be seeing it appear.

try updating your Java at Java.com, that can keep you from getting on to online games. Sometimes websites update their systems and may hinder people from logging on so you may have to be patient.

It's a ongoing issue with Pogo and Java. Java updates quite often due to security issues, Pogo has a hard time keeping current with Java. You didn't post your Windows version? 32 or 64bit? Try installing a older version of java, this is the 32bit version, it works with some of my clients Pogo issues: http://www.filehippo.com/download_jre_32/10808/

The game contains bad programming.

Try removing and reinstalling Java (most of the games on Pogo are Java based).
It could also be that Java got disabled as an add-on (this is assuming that you are using IE7)

And do you use any type of pop-up blocker?
If so, allow pop-ups in Pogo.
You may also want to add Pogo as a trusted site.
