I am having the same problem. The headset will light up that it is charging with a flashing red light, then it turns to solid blue. But the light goes out when I unplug it from charging. It automatically disconnected itself from my cellphone and now I cannot get it paired up with my cellphone and the light just stays off on the headphone. Help. Did you find a solution to your problem

On the top of the ear piece, there are two buttons, one is the volume up and down, the other is on/off. Press and hold until you see a blue light on the piece that is the mic.

Digix BT-100 Portable Bluetooth Wireless Speaker says not connected when I try to pair it with my ipod.

The speaker can only pair with one device. I had the same issue pairing it with my phone and then to my iPad.

You simply need to unpair it with your daughters iPod by turning off the bluetooth on that iPod, turn off then back ON the speaker and connect again to your own iPod by turning on the Bluetooth, Selecting BT100 from the list and wait for it to say CONNECTED (not paired).
Hope this helps!

Bluetooth device not working and not detected in device manager

Good day. In regards to your issue when it comes to your bluetooth device you can try the following steps. Usually these will resolve your issue
1. If your Bluetooth device uses batteries, make sure that your batteries are charged. 2. If your Bluetooth device uses a transceiver that connects to your computer through a USB port, try connecting the transceiver to another USB port on your computer. 3. If there are multiple Bluetooth devices connected to your computer, temporarily remove the devices that you are not troubleshooting. If there are additional USB devices, try removing any USB devices that you do not have to have installed during the troubleshooting process. If you h have multiple devices that are connected by using USB, this can interfere with a Bluetooth transceiver. 4. Verify that the Bluetooth device that you are troubleshooting is powered on and that it is enabled.

If these steps didn't resolve your concern, you can try to update your windows version like installing updates that can be found on the website or go to You also have the option to contact HP for them to help you with issue but most probably they'll be charging you for this specific problem. Hope this information will be helpful in resolving your concern. Have a great day and thanks for using Fixya.

I can t connect to my headseat bluetooth

If all the pairing instructions are being followed and the connection still can't be made Its usually compatibility issues that's the problem.

As this is a Bluetooth version 1.2 device if you are attempting to pair it with a newer 2.x compatible device it may not work properly even though backward compatibility is supposed to be a given.

In that case the best answer is to purchase a newer Bluetooth 2.x compatible headset to work with your Bluetooth 2.x enabled device.

Sony walkman nwz a828 wont turn on

Have experienced similar issues to yourself. When I try to connect the bluetooth headphones the unit will not pick them up then, when ending bluetooth, the unit freezes. I found that pressing the reset button with a pin (on the rear) will turn the player on again. However, this has not yet solved the bluetooth connectivity issue.

Bluetooth Troubleshooting: Phones & Headsets

Problem #1:
Headset and phone are turned on, but you don't hear anything in the headset, i.e., there is no dial tone.
Action #1: Make sure your phone is Bluetooth-capable. If it is not: A. Buy a new Bluetooth-capable phone. B. Purchase a Bluetooth adapter for your non-Bluetooth phone. The adapter will allow your phone to interact with a Bluetooth headset.

Problem #2:
It's a Bluetooth-capable phone and Bluetooth headset, both are turned on, but you still don't hear anything.
Action #2: Make sure your phone, headset, and, if necessary, adapter are fully charged before attempting to synch the Bluetooth connection between the two devices - in many cases a blinking blue light will indicate the headset is charged.

Problem #3:
Everything is charged, but still not working.
Action #3:Before two Bluetooth-enabled devices can communicate with each other, they need to be initially synched up to each other - also referred to as linking or pairing.
A. Find "Communications" or "Connections" on your phone's menu screen and explore within to locate "New" or "Bluetooth."
B. Push the main button on the headset until the light shines solid blue and is NOT blinking. C. Select Bluetooth on phone menu. Within Bluetooth you may need to select and highlight "Devices" or "Find Devices" (depending on where you are, there may be other Bluetooth devices available).
D. While the headset light is solid blue, open the Bluetooth link (or Find Devices) on your phone's menu screen and scroll through until you locate the headset you wish to synch up to. Your phone will automatically begin searching for Bluetooth devices within 30 feet of itself.
E. After a short period of time, your menu screen should say "connected" or "devices paired". Make sure you click or select the device name to finalize the connection. If you have successfully paired the two devices, you will hear a dial tone in the headset. Congratulations! You've joined the Bluetooth world.

Note: After a couple of minutes showing solid blue, the light on the headset will start blinking; you want to pair up the phone and headset while the light is still unblinking. This is important. If the light starts blinking before you can complete the connection, you will need to turn the headset off and on and start over.
Problem #4:
You've followed all the instructions in this guide, and your Bluetooth connection is still not functioning properly.
Action #4: Take out your manual and carefully reread the section on synching up Bluetooth devices. If you still can't get things properly connected, we suggest you call the manufacturer regarding this issue.
