Put in a new hp original cart 2 weeks ago if that, printed out a pic fine. came to print last nite and coming up with the following msg - remove and check colour cartridge, this msg wont go away and wont let you do anything.

Same problem here with it saying to remove and check the color cartridge. Still not working after doing that!!

Same problem HP Photosmart 2575 "remove and check colour cartridge" tried all the steps recommended by HP...no good!

i recently changed the colour cartridge the printer worked fine until 3 days ago when i turned it on and then an error message appears saying "Remove and check color cartridge"
