I have cox cable (North San Diego County, CA) for my internet and want to set up my email in time and chaos? My cable company said they don't reconized time and chaos and would not help me and time and chaos said if I set it up the same as I have in outlook express (different computer) it should work. It still does not work, can you help me. I set:
incoming: pop.west.cox.net
port: 110
timeout interval (seconds): 60
checked box: use a secured connection (SSL)
outgoing: pop.west.cox.net
port 465
checked: Use EHLO

When I test it I get: -ERR not authorized to use STLS command
