Question about Food Mixers
Even with the slider for the solid state speed control all the way to the left, which should be the "off" position, the mixer rotates slowly. Applying pressure to push the slider further to the left will cause the motor to stop. I suppose what I need is a teardown to reach just the electrical elements and either discover what's pushing on the lever arm or adjusting the position of the switch element, but I don't know where to start.
