Midland walkietalkies -how do you put in new

You have to remove the belt clip, then the battery cover. There is a locking tab at the top of the belt clip.

To remove the belt clip, press the LOCK TAB down , then gently pull the belt clip up toward the top of the radio.

Then remove the battery cover, press near the seam and slide the cover down:

Replace the batteries, observing polarity.
Slide the cover back on until it locks in place.
To install the belt clip, slide the clip down into the slot on the back
of the radio until the belt clip lock clicks.

Hope this helps! If you need more help, please ask!

Trying to replace the little round lithium backup battery but it is held with clips. How do I remove the battery

Press the clip with a sharp point on the inside edge towards the outside edge and the battery will pop up. You may need to lever the battery up at the same time.

I've removed the back of my casio db-36 watch, but I can't figure out how to remove the battery. The watch went blank last week.

There is a clip over the battery and then down on one side. You need something tiny and sharp... like a needle. You can insert the needle into the clip between the battery and the outside edge of the clip and gently pry the clip out and away from the battery.

My Sansa Clip won't turn on even thought the battery is full.

Unfortunately there was a manufacturing flaw with many Sansa Clips which caused one of the battery leads to detach from the battery. A symptom of this is that the Clip will turn on and charge when connected to an external power source, such as USB or an AC adapter, but will not actually turn on using the internal power source (eg, the battery).

If your Clip is still under warranty, you should return it for a refund or an exchange.

Can you replace the battery of the sansa clip 2GB at home? What kind of battery do you need?

The Sansa Clip's internal rechargable battery is not user replaceable. However, if it fails within the warranty period (one year), the device can be replaced.Clip's battery is not easily replaceable however if it fails within the warranty period (one year), SanDisk will replace the device.
if you want to do it yourself you have to solder, and its difficult to reassemble it once you take it apart. check sandisk sansa clip disassembled here . hope this helps

Battery won't clip in

There are tiny hooks. Get an eyeglass and you will find them. For easy fitting bend clip legs inwards a bit (do not brake). If hooks are not damaged clip should stay on.

Dead battery on a 2006 Volkswagen Jetta. How do I jump the battery?

under the hood, you will see a positive battery connection, and there should be a bare metal area on the engine you can use for ground. Clip the BLACK clip of one side of the jumper to the negative terminal of exposed metal on the jetta, then hook the other black clip to the negative terminal on the battery of the other car. Start the other car. Now, hook the RED clip on the jetta side of the cables to the postitve terminal on the jetta, then go and hook the other red clip to the positive terminal on the running car. Let the running vehicle run for about 3-5 minutes, and then with the cables STILL connected, start the Jetta.

After this is done, remove the jumper cables, one clip at a time, while being careful to NOT let them (the clips) touch until they are disconnected from BOTH vehicles!

Hope this is the info you needed!
