With an ethernet cable plugged into the back of the Belkin, open a command prompt and type ipconfig. Next check what your gateway address is and open your browser and type in the gateway address should be something like http://192.168.0.1then you should see a web page that is the menu of configuration for the router.

How do I reconfigure a used router?

You sure can. You just need to resent the router to default settings including username/password, and reconfigure it all over.
Further instruction can be provided if you tell us the model of the router, and the type of Internet Service.

Hi i have a lexmark all in one printer, recently i changed my router and now cant connect the printer wirelessly to the computer!

You will have to reconfigure the printer with the router and then reconfigure the PC. All routers don't have the IP address range. That might be the reason why it isnt working after changing the router. Also, if you were using the printer wirelessly, the SSID (network name) and the wireless security needs to be reconfigured to match your new router. The simplest way to achieve this would be to connect the printer hard wired to the router; uninstall the printer drivers completely from the PC; and run the setup disk again. The setup will walk you through the whole process.

Please get in touch if you need further clarifications.

Reconfiguring rouer

If you have the setup CD you can just run it to your computer and let it reconfigure the router for you, but if you don't have the setup CD you need to manually configure the router by accessing its IP address using the computer that is wired directly to the router....

I need to reconfigure my router

You don't need to reconfigure your router, but after restore you will need to set your wireless network again. You will find the info to do that here:

Reconfigure router

I seriously can't stand those motorola routers specially since they have to reboot themselves after every change.

Unplug the power from the router, hold the reset button in and plug the power back. Keep holding the reset button for 30 seconds. That should restore it back to factory settings. Plug one machine to the router and try to access the admin console. if memory serves me correctly, the user name is admin and password is motorola.
