Question about Samsung SPH-M500 Cellular Phone
My Samsung Mobile (Model No. SGH-C160)
has been stolen. I have lodged a police complaint. I know the serial No. of the set. Can it be blocked? The SIM has been thrown away by the person who has it.
Yes you can block..You need to tell the IMEI number to your service provider and they will block it in a jiffy..

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You are out of options as far as what you can do now that the phone is out of your possession.
That is why you set up a security code for the phone, so if it is stolen they have a hard time of using it.
Sorry about your loss, thank you for stopping by Fixya!
