You guessed it right this is caused by a virus called taga lipa are..
It doesn't harm the system in anyway but its annoying..I suggest that you follow the manual procedure to remove it..Do as follows..

Open My Computer -> Tools Menu -> Folder Options -> View Tab:
Select: Show hidden Files and Folders
Uncheck: Hide Extensions for known file type and Hide Protected operating system
Click Yes Then OK.
You will see an autorun.inf and FS6519.dll.vbs in all your harddrives. Delete ALL of them.
If it says that something is using the program. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del and go to processes, end ALL wscript.exe
Open MSConfig and under startup, uncheck the trojan’s startup entry, [FS6519].
Click Start > Run and then type regedit
delete [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\FS6519]
key, and modify [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\Window Title”,”TAGA LIPA ARE!”] key to remove the nuisance in IExplorer.
OR go to Edit -> Find and type FS6519.dll.vbs.
Edit the found registry by selecting the name, ryt click and modify, remove the last two strings which is wscript.exe and FS6519.dll.vbs and click OK.
If finished, press F3 and it will search again for another, just do the same thing until nothing is found in your registry.
If you are done with the FS6519.dll.vbs, its time for the TAGA LIPA ARE! be edited in your IE, type the string on the search again then it will show up the IE title … modify then type anything you like or better delete it.
Good luck!
DOnt hesitate to comeback if you need more help..

Hi,

The oragon ini is a variant of Taga Lipa Are, not really a virus but more of a nuisance. If affects/changes Internet Explorer, some parts of the Registry, shown in the MSConfig as FS6519.dll.vbs and modifies the Autorun.inf plus a few others.

Like some Pinoy fun "viruses" none of the popular commercially available Anti Virus software can detect or if detected can not remove/repair damages. More often it requires a bit of several steps which needs to be manually done.

Rather than go to a lengthy procedure, please refer to this site, you can try here also and/or to this site . As you can see, this has already been well documented.

Good luck and kind regards.

    Hi again,

If I may add to eagle338.

    1. To re-enable Task Manager - Start, Run, type "regedit" (if run is missing use All Programs, Accessories, Command Prompt).
    Hive: HKEY_CURRENT_USER
    Key: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
    Name: DisableTaskMgr
    Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 1=Enablethis key, that is DISABLE TaskManager
Value: 0=Disablethis key, that is Don't Disable, Enable TaskManager

    2. To restore RUN in Start menu - Right click on Start, click on Properties, tick Start menu, click on Customize button, click on Advanced tab, scroll down and check "Run command", OK, OK

If for some reason #1 of 2nd posting doesn't work, try this:

    Click Start
    Click Run
Enter gpedit.msc in the Open box and click OK
In the Group Policy settings window
    Select User Configuration
    Select Administrative Templates
    Select System
    Select Ctrl+Alt+Delete options
    Select Remove Task Manager
Double-click the Remove Task Manager option
Since the policy is Remove Task Manager, by disabling the policy, you are enabling the Task Manager.

Window vista crash how do i fix it??

1.First be sure that ur side bar is closed,ie nothing is running in background.RIGHT click on side bar icon in system tray, chose EXIT button.U will get a message, asking if u really wants to close, click OK.
2.Check task manager to be sure that no Sidebar.exe process is running.if any one running, close it.
3.Open window explorer &paste following into location bar:%localappdata%\microsoft\Windows Sidebar
Sidebar gadgets folder will open with a file named Settings.ini.Once u re-lounch sidebar from Start menu, new settings.ini is created immediately.

Title bar rahul the hacker

Click on Start >> select Run, type "regedit" without the quotes and press Ok. Registry Editor will launch. Expand the HKEY_CURRENT_USER hive, expand the software hive, expand Microsoft, expand Internet Explorer and then click on Main. In the right hand key look for the string named Window Title, double click on it and change the caption to whatever you want. Delete this string in case you want to set it to default.

Please rate this solution in case you find it helpful, if it doesnot resolve your issue, please post a comment and I shall try to post other solution.
