My camera takes time to turn on..i mean when i turn it on it goes off again then turns on then off..on and off..then a blue screen will appear with "D:" and some numbers shows..what seems to be the problem..it turns on occasionaly..please help
Hi...i also have this problem showed D:5E02, my suggestion is that turning on camera at the table (camera face on horizontal), don't put camera face down to the floor when opening, hope to solve your problem.

I hold the digital camera with the lens upward when I switch it on, and then the problem doesn''t occur and I can take pictures.
I hope that this workaround will also work for you.

the problem got worst, the lens doesn't come out anymore and it produces a clicking sound but it does'nt turn on :-( please help.
I have exactly the same problem..must just be a fault with the camera's make up. I've tried turning it on its back and horizontal and all that but to no avail...unless anyone has a better idea, I think it's time for the camera graveyard for this camera.
funny enough i have this problem too, guess it is a general fault with the cameras.
