need program manuel for a realistic scanner

I have a desktop flat face Realistic scanner about 16 years old and has been working fine. Some buttons were pushed by a child and now the weather channel is all that comes on by pushing wx. What buttons do I mash to get the scanner back to the police channel? It looks like it is scanning but nothing happens.
