Hi compkid,

Probable reasons are:
1. wrong password;
2. virus infection;
3. missing or corrupt Windows start-up files;
4. possible (though unlikely) hardware problem(s).

Possible workaround:
a. try running Safe Mode;
b. Reset/Delete your Password(s) (I'm sorry but I can not go any further as to how to do this. Best is Google for it);
c. for virus scanning/hard disk scan/check-up/repair, you need to remove the HD from the PC where it is original installed and with the use of an external USB enclosure, connect it to a 2nd PC and perform the diagnostics from there.
d. Re-seat/clean tips of your video and/or memory.
