Samsung iDCS 18D - no message indicator light when there are new voicemails. How do I fix this?

Delete the mailbox, and re-install it. Then re-record all your outgoing messages.

If that's the only one, test it on another port. Then plug it back into the original port. That may fix it. If not, reset the system. If nothing works, you need to replace the phone.

leave yourself another message to re activate the message tone. When you clear the new message it should reset the message wait tone

If it's only one mailbox, delete it and re-install it. If it's system wide, it may be the hard drive.

the easiest suggestion is to move the answering machine (which is the base antenna) to a mid location between units to aviod static and/or any unit near a TV, move it across the room of just a few more feet away.

You apparently have unheard messages on the voicemail system provided by your telephone company. This system records messages when someone calls while you're already on the phone. Please contact your telephone company for instructions on accessing their voicemail system.

Hi I have posted a video off http://www.abbeytelecom.com showing how to do the soft key programming, a tip is when programming the transfer to voicemail - it shows as VT *** ( voicemail group number).

If the voicemail you want to use is Verizons, it will NOT light the light on your phone.

For that to happen, you would need a voicemail through the phone system
