What to do when my iPhone doesn't download information

Start your PC and press F8 several times until the boot menu comes up. Then select "Safe Mode with Networking". Now get some or ALL of the FREE programs below.

Download, Install and Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:

When Installing choose the non-pro version.

Download, Unzip, Install and Run TDSSKiller:

Download, Install and Run Super Anti-Spyware:

If you have an outdated Anti-virus program then Download, Install and Run Avira Anti-Virus:

Make sure to select ALL of the "threat categories" when you install or configure Avira...

You should be in pretty good shape if you run and install all of these programs.

The first thing you should try is use another web browser then try browsing facebook again. If your computer will restart again then the problem is not within facebook but its your computer. Make sure to download anti virus or anti trojan. You can visit download.com incase you dont have any antivirus installed on your pc.

I don't have Boxbe mail so I can't access their system to provide you with detailed instructions, but please review this page and make sure you have logged into Boxbe to close your Boxbe account.
If you have already done so, try doing it again and make sure you get confirmation that your account is closed. See this page if you have any difficulty, or it doesn't work, and submit a written request to Boxbe support to close your account.
Additionally, it's possible that any organizations that you subscribed to with your Boxbe address will have to be contacted and change the email address or unsubscribe to them.
If that doesn't work out, I'm afraid the only alternative I can suggest is to start fresh with a new address. You can keep the old address going for a bit until your contacts have had time to get used to the new one, but this can be a great way to eliminate spam and junk mail. If you wish, you can set up the old email account to forward mail to another new address to keep track of any lingering contacts for a few monthes, then close the old yahoo account down and with it will go the Boxbe dregs.
These email issues can be frustrating. Try downloading the email with the attachment that won't open onto your computer with and email server like Outlook or Outlook express or whatever is appropriate to your system OS, and see if you can't open the attachment then. Some online email servers will not support the reading of attachments online.

Hi, 2 solutions since there were 2 types of iPhone (Original and Jailbreak). It may or may not work. If any of them works, just share for others. It really annoyed you since u were too used to it with iPhone.
1. If its an Original iPhone, u legally bought it from Apple Store. Delete the application from your phone and iTunes as well. Download the latest version from Apple Store to your iTunes and sync to your phone. You could re-download Facebook App as well if u wish. Don't log in to FB. Only do when Bejeweled Blitz asks you to. (or) you could try the post by Kenex Lee at http://www.facebook.com/topic.php?uid=40343401983&topic=20869#topic_top

2. If its a Jailbreak iPhone, it doesn't matter where did u download it. What you need to do is to use the SBSettings Power Reset Mode. When you press the 'Power' button the drop down menu let you choose things like "Reboot", "Power Off". "Safe Mode", "Lock", etc.. Choose "Safe Mode". It will restart and your phone boot up w/o all your settings. I mean whatever you've modified on your phone. Then you try to play the game. It should be able to log in and connect online through FB since its a safe mode like PCs. If this solve the problem, you may change back to all your jailbreak settings.
If its still not working, you might need to Jailbreak again or Restore with iTunes(iOS will upgrade to 4.3.2) and jailbreak again.
I wish this helps your problem. I am not very sure whether Original iPhone(no jailbreak) has an option "Safe Mode" since i jailbreak mine on the very day i collected it. Have fun! Live Happy! Nothing Last Forever!! ^_^

try using fire fox internet browser and download and install a software called "adobe flash"

try to hold the home and power button and try 2 reboot it then wen u see the apple come on let both of them go

I guess The nick "facebook phone" comes from a post on scobleizer, that claims Nokia N97 phone to be the ultimate Facebook device.

Scobleizer recons it's better then the iPhone here his reasons -

1. It does 16:9 video. The iPhone doesn’t even do video. So, how can you go to a Daft Punk concert and record it to taunt your friends?

2. It has a 5 megapixel camera. The iPhone only has 2, and the quality isn’t even close. The camera also has a dual LED flash, so you can take pictures in the dark where the iPhone can’t.

3. I can type three Facebook status messages on the N97’s nice QWERTY keybord in the time that I can type two on the iPhone.

4. It does copy and paste, so you can copy URLs to send to your friends. The iPhone can’t do that.

5. It has replaceable batteries so you can charge up three batteries and Facebook for days, while the iPhone needs to be hooked back up to the wall for recharging after a few hours.

6. The GPS device does turn-by-turn and has a built in compass, so you’ll get to your parties faster than with the iPhone, which doesn’t have a compass and doesn’t do turn-by-turn.
