Did you try angling in both directions? If the blade is angled all the way to one side (most likely to the LEFT), it could be that the valves are stuck directing fluid in that specific direction. Check that you are getting power to your "B" solenoid when you are trying to lift the blade, and power to the "C" solenoid when you are trying to angle in one direction but not the other.

I have an old model Western Plow setup (1981) and the plow angles fine but won't lift. The plow motor runs. The plow was lifting very slowly and going down very slowly.won't lift but angles fine

Those flat looking bolt heads on the base of the motor/pump are filters replace them and the fluid as well then bleed the air out. I hope this helps, take care.

My Fisher speed cast plow will lift and lower. It will angle to the left and will center but will not angle to the right past center. Any ideas?

check wire connectors for corrosion and check to make sure hydraulic lines are properly connected...also may have water in the system. if not that then you probably have a bad actuator valve.

Plow responds slowly when lifting or angleing?

How cold is It.?? Serious. Or possibly battery is low. Does it respond better, the more you use it? Is fluid where it should be.?

I can hear my fisher plow motor but the plow will not lift or angle

There solinoids on pump. Check wiring and grounds. Make sure all small wires are intact and in good condition. But most likely there's a loose corroded or green wire causing issue

Not familiar with model, but valves click at the same time motor is suppose to run. Check power and ground to motor (or try running it with jumper cables, but don't be where plow can angle and squish you. If good power but won't spin, clean brushes/commutator/check bearings in motor.
