How to fix cam error 01

Same problem here!! any tips or fix please :(

It needs to go to a Sony Camcorder Repair Centre for repair. This may cost a fair bit and bear in mind a replacement Digi Cam starts at less than £90 !

e91 is a perticular flash problum & please go to your nearst sony service centre & fix this

I had the same problem... just switch on the cam with the memory card in it.  Then go to menu, and in that find the FORMAT option and format the card.  That's it.... ur cam should work fine now!  Let me know if it was successful!

Is your new 2GB memory stick is original from Sony or after market? some of them will not detect in CAM because the contact on MS were not touched iside the slot of CAM
Reinsert your 512 MB MS if it work fine then change your 2MB MS

My Sony cam was woring fine but suddenly it started giving an error E91:01 which is continuously flashing

No Problem! Press MENU end go to setup, choose initialize to initialize the cam and put all the configs! finish! your problem is over.
