Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

I cant use my camera because its being used but another app... but i have no idea how to locate or close the app

I would suspect it in a startup program, say CyberLink. It's set to start at Windows Startup. Open the webcam software for your laptop and disable Start at Windows, OR download CCLEANER freeware at : .This is a good program to learn to use. You can clean the junk from your machine and in the TOOLS section, STARTUP, look for your webcam startup program, disable it. Disable ALL unnessary startup programs to speed boot and shut downs.

I'm trying to fix an acer aspire m1610 desktop

if it is a dekstop unplug the power, open the computer case and remove the small battery that is on the motherboard.
after one minute, put it back and start your pc.
after this, the default settings (manufacturers default) will be entered for the bios and you will be able to acces the bios without password

PC freezes on boot-up

Try booting the thing in Safe Mode. Upon startup (after the Acer logo goes) press F8 several times. You will be offered a menu select Safe Mode (at the very top of the list). If the system reaches the desktop, you can repair your Windows. For the three fixes below you will need to go Start Menu>Run...
1) Write: fixmbr, and press ENTER.
2) Write: fixboot, and press ENTER.
3) Write: chkdsk, and press ENTER.
(The later will take several minutes, but you can read what stage it is doing).

Start up problem

Techguru2009: The startup fails to load because you have too many programs trying to start at the same time when you log on. To fix this problem you are going to sacrifice what programs you want to start up when you log on. first I asume you are using windows operating system. click the start button, click on run, type msconfig, press enter. Click on Startup tab. Uncheck the box for programs you do not want to start when you log on. Careful not to disable windows startup programs. Hope this helps.

Acer aspire 5050 asking for a password upon start up

If it is asking for a password upon startup then someone put a password on your CMOS. Unfortunately, unless you can find out what the password is, then the only way to clear it is to remove the battery in your motherboard. The battery is what keeps the information in CMOS when the computer is turned off.
