Question about HP Pavilion dv4000 Notebook
This is definitely a video driver problem. Check the screen size settings by right-clicking on desktop free space and then choosing PROPERTIES and SETTINGS and try adjusting there. If this fails, check for a video controller program running in your system tray that may need tweaking (lower right hand corner of the screen). But your last resort is to get new video drivers from the HP web site and load them from scratch.
