No sound is coming out my PPC 6700

this is something weird, nothing sounds, not the menu when you tap on it, no even any touch on the screen (which function is enabled) Mp3 don't sound, alert and alarms either. Volume is the loudest, it isn't muted, I can't hear people talking when they call (that is if I get to "see" the call, 'cause I can't hear the phone when it rings). BUT that little sound that the phone makes when you do a soft reset (something like "tururup!" ) I can hear it...!
HELP!!!!!!
