Finding information on something that old is difficult but what you would have to do is look for a kick panel or false wall panel being held on by some wood screws. For the unit you have, most likely along the floor. Most I have seen with more modern campers would be near a sink, fridge or bed. If yours has a take that turns into a bed, try checking for a panel under the cushions or along the footboards under that area. Use a good LED flashlight for best visibility. A hint about access panels, if the screw head is an unusual style or square button look, most likely it wasn't meant to be accessible where screws with the typical #2 Phillips or cross-tip are there for general access at any time. I regularly use the local library. They have repair manuals that you can check out. Also have electrical wiring diagram books for foreign and domestic that you can make a copy of to take home.

What is the amperage for a 2009 Fleetwood Westlake Destiny?

Pop up campers are going to either be a 20A or 30A. If the cord on the camper looks like a standard house plug, it is 20A. If it is a larger, round connector, this will a 30A plug. The good thing about these various plugs is that they will only fit in the right connectors on the electrical pole at your campsite. So just plug it in where it fits. If you need to replace the cord, look at your campers fuse panel and see what the main fuse is rated for.

Where is breaker box on 2000viking pop up

Many of the pop up campers will have the breaker box under a seat for the dinette. You will most likely have to use a screw driver to remove a panel. The screws will either be a Philips or S2 bit, check any wood panels inside and under the dinette seat for those screws. Worst case scenario, it may be located behind an outside panel, which typically is not done with modern designs.

It could be part of the DC fuse panel if there is a metal access cover door on it. Otherwise it will be near the battery.

Step light wiring diagram

You should have a separate fuse box for the 12 volt supply in your camper. It is usually next to or close to the breaker box. I am betting you have a blown fuse and nothing more than that.
