i sukhwinder singh from india , i have just buyed the imate pdal window mobile
and install the software on mobile through computer ,after the message came the configurtor .exe is replace or corrupted ,
and key is locked by me to unlock keypad through tap is not wroking

- my imate pdal is stuck on the align screen...as many times times as i tap on the target to align screen on all the four corner, it just comes back to the centre..... the whole process repeats but just remains there....

press the POWER+CAMARA(SHUTTER)+CALL(GREEN) for 15 seconds after thuning the mobile on for the hard reset !!
if any problems then contact me via +919995153439(KERALA)
then do 1 thing...
install ACTIVE SYNC on your PC
then install MSP_RemoteAlignment
can be downloaded from :
http://www.codefactory.es/downloads/mobile_speak_pocket/release/MSP_RemoteAlignment.zip
and install it and select skip welcome screen...
that should do the job...
this worked for me..

to solve this problem please hold the stick on every corner atleaset for 2 to 3 sec the cursor will automatically reach the corner you touched and allignment will be done
