Problem for Frigidaire FEX831CS Top Load Stacked Washer / Dryer

The washer would fill and nothing else. I replaced the timer and now the washer fills and washes but when its timing down it gets to rinse and nothing happens. It does not drain or spin. The timer clicks but nothing , no noise anything

Dtronics,

A part called a (wig-wag) its a part that consists of two selonoids, one is bad. It switches the transmission from the wash cycle to the spin cycle,at the same time it opens the pump for draining.
