Problem for AT&T 1717 Digital Answering Machine
Hello, yesterday, I purchased an AT&T 3
Hello, yesterday, I purchased an AT&T 3 Handset phone set with the model no. of EL52309 and I came home and read the directions that said the phones needed to be charged for at least 16 hours and so today at 11am was the 16 hour mark. My phones are still not working and I need to know what's up. I did everything the little booklet said to do and it's still not working at all I hear no ringing from either phones and I can not dial out either. Please help me if you can?

is the base in range of the other two bases, have you set each phone in the main base so they get aquainted., are you shure all plugins are snug? try a different telephone wire to hook up to the base from the wall (might be a bad wire) if that persists, try relocating the base, and test it their, if you are still without dialtone use a cell phone and call your tsp say it randomly stopped working and that you changed nothing... they will send someone out :P
