My Packard bell notebook will not send emails. What can i do to fix ths problem? By the way im not good with the pc.

are you trying to send mails from another location than usual, in that case check your outgoing mail server settings, it's probably trying to use the smtp server of an internet provider you're not connected to.

fi : if you have a subscription at home with company A, and your outlook is configured to use its outgoing mail server to send mails you cannot go to another location and connect to a wireless network that is with company B and send mails because company B won't allow the use of company A's server. You have to know what the smtp server for company B is and configure that in your outlook (preferably under another profile) so you can switch locations when necessary

We can recieve pictures in our email but we cant send them. Is this a problem in our internet service or computor

Most likely your outgoing mail protocal is not set correctly. Your outgoing mail say if you had comcast and were using outlook would be like this:
your outgoing would look like this:
comcast uses POP3 or "post office protocal version 3"
Not ISP's use POP3 but alot do. Check your settings or call your ISP "internet service provider" to be sure they should be able to resolve your issues. If you are a comcast user and are using outlook this should solve your issue.
