My 1981 ford f100 brake light comes on when I come to a stop but goes off when I start accelerating?

check the brake fluid level, there is a float in the resavor when you stop all the fluid moves to the frount of the resavor causing the float to drop and turn on the light. fill the master cylinder with DOT 3 brake fluid.

I have a 1990 Buick Regal v-8 Does the radiator fluid move from radiator to reservor as engine heat and cools or remain in radiator except under extreme heat conditions?

A certain amount will run into resavor or draw out after it is shut off no matter what the tempature is, the only exception is if it is low on coolant in the radiator it will draw out of the resavor to maintain the right amount to the cooling system. but when engine is running it should not do either one because the coolant is flowing.

Colent is full still clicks on and off?

Coolant is not what the a/c works on. It works on refrigerant which you cannot check the level on you must attach gauges and check the pressures

Installed new power steering pump on 2003 Hyundai Elantra still noise. How do you bleed the system?

Best way i found is to make sure the resavor is full, and start car and turn wheel back and forth lock to lock untill all the air is out of the system or when the noise goes away. Now if there isent a bleeder hole on resavor cap you may have to leave it loose so the air has a place to excape. Be patent it might take a while.

Brake problem toyota carina e "94

sounds like break hose is not letting fluid run back to resavor. have you done a break job lately and maybe kinked a line. break lines ar two way, fluid to caliber and returns to resavor thru same line. you also might have a caliber sticking.
