The error coded means: Short circuit in PT sensor or in its wiring.

You will probably have to replace the ink loader

During that 15 seconds, do you see the water moving in the spa?
If not then normally, that means the pump has not primed fully - hence the 09 Error Code. Pump could have a clog internally, but most likely problem, Dirty Filter.

Error 09 - Lower PCA Memory Test Errors
Description
Error 09 checks lower PCA memory locations during the power up test sequence. If a fault is
found during the power up test sequence, error 09 will be displayed. This error code is only used
on products utilizing the dual microprocessor system.
Possible Causes
1. This error message almost always indicates a lower PCA problem when it is consistently
displayed. Failures causing this error message to be displayed are rare.
Possible Remedies
1. If the error message is consistently displayed when the unit is powered up, the lower PCA
should be replaced. It is possible to see this error message displayed intermittently due to
external causes. If the units A.C. input significantly dips during the power up test sequence
the test could fail resulting in this message being displayed. Treadmills operating on
non-dedicated A.C. circuits may see this message displayed on an intermittent basis.

E03-40 - faulty toner density sensor try the following press function the original size then 3..... your screen should display f1 service mode then press 8 then start now you should see f8 ..... now press start and scroll down to option 09 and press start now you wait till machine runs the process... after that you need to switch the machine off wait 1 minute and switch it back on

In the earlier model, 15 is a TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) problem.
I'm not sure the codes are the same for the 09, so be aware of that.

My recommendation would be to take bike to dealer for investigation - bike is clearly a new model and under warranty - best to have it resolved.
