The disk is not being recognised by the pick up, if this is happening on all disks then it may be a matter of the laser lens needing to be cleaned. You could try a disk cleaner, if not try to have the lens claened manually. This is not always easy to gain access to & maybe need to be done by as service engineer

It keeps saying no disc

If you are trying store bought discs and more than 2 are not playing, and all of the discs are clean of smudges then the issue is the dvd reader in the player. The unit will need to be replaced/repaired. Repair however is usually more expensive if not just as expensive as replacing the unit.

With aDVD loaded and then press play, it says no

buy a lens cleaning disk and run it 3-4 times and see if it fixes it,

it sounds like the same problem i have with my lg dvd/hdd recorder, caused by worn out dvd reading mechanism, fixed by replacing the reading unit, i do not know what unit fits the sungale, and its not worth it anyways, with prices on dvd players as low as they are, its cheaper to buy a new one rather than finding and replacing single parts,

Nad 502 CD will not recognise and play CD every time

HI.This will occur when the optical assembly becomes unstable. this ((Whole One Piece)), assembly incorporates the spin/load motor, optics housing /arm, tracking device and tracking rail. This is connected to the loading dock assembly. This 'NO Disc' or CD NOT PLAYABLE, code is the result of a failed or burned out lens, or misaligned loading mechanism. It is possible that you have a dirty lens cap. you can try using a cleaning disk in this case to confirm actual lens failure. if the cleaning doesn't restore normal reading capabilities, this will confirm my diagnosis.

You will need to have the optical assembly replaced in this case. once replaced, your unit will be able to read and track once more

I have got exactly the same problem. Thought I had found some discs that worked as the first one formatted, since then all have come up with that crappy error protection message. Samsung really should sort this out.

Error message E-60

First, run a chkdsk (or scandisk) to your Ipod from your computer (like any other hard disk drive on your computer)since it is probable that the Ipod's hard disk drive may contain errors. Then, follow these steps: 1.) Disconnect the Ipod from the KCA-IP500(the Ipod interface) 2.) Press and hold the middle button and the top button at the same time. 3.) The Apple Logo should appear. 4.) Reconnect your Ipod to the KCA-IP500 5.) The head unit should display loading and then respond to the IPOD interface.
