my player is not starting..when i pressed to start..its automatically doing off,its transcend 610,even i done virus check..it showing no threat found..can any one help me.

my t.sonic 610 (2 GB) MP3 Player is automatically switched off after few seconds of playing of song.
pl.solve my problem & whether is software problem or battery problem.
how to solve this problem

format it, except tht u shud copy a hidden file which is revealed when u click on reveal hidden folders and files in the tools or other menu bars, and copy it back again wen u finish formatting.DO NOT FORGET TO COPY OTHERWISE UR MP3 PLAYER WILL NEVER WORK AGAIN
