Firstly check the connection where the dishwasher hose connects to the drain. Remove this washe hose and see there is no stoppage at that piont. If all ok go to the dishwasher and see if there is no stoppage in the sump where the water goes out. If ok then the drain pump in the machine is either blocked or faulty. you will have to access this pump to be able to proceed further. good luck
this appliance is a built in dishwasher and may have somthing jamming the pump, this can only be acessed from the bottom and may require the appliance being removed, also check that there is not a blockage at he sink.
you need to check the inlet walve . when you start the unit you say it drains. so after the drain do you hear the water entering the dishwasher? If you hear a sound like a buzzing noise that would be the inlet valve working. if thats the case there is a clog at the screen in the valve not allowing the water or enough water in the tub. seeing that this is a portable unit you will also want to check to make sure the fill hose is not kinked up anywhere in the cabinet or under neath the dishwasher. If you hear no buzzing noise you need to check the inlet valve with a meter to first make sure your getting power to it and that the valve itself if good. check these things out and let me know what you found and we can go from there
You have a blockage in your drain pump.
Remove all filters and scoop out as much water as you can from the unit. Check in the bottom for any objects stuck there. Some models have a cover on the bottom inside the unit, which once removed, will expose the drain pump impeller. If yours does, remove the cover(usually 1 screw only) and free the drain pump impeller.
NB: DO NOT REMOVE THE SCREWS WHICH HOLD THE BASE TUB IN PLACE! These are the screws on the edge of the white plastic "bowl" inside the unit. The drain pump cover will be INSIDE this bowl and will be quite small, no more than 5cm dia....
If this does not work, you will have to remove the drain pump from the bottom or front of the unit to get the blockage out.
