Question about Linksys Wireless-G WRT54GS Router (e125894)
I get an error " router not supported" when setting up router.
connect to internet fine without router. cannot connect with router
Try turning off the cable modem, reseting the router by inserting a paperclip or chop stick, then removing all cat 5 cables from the router other then the one comming from the modem which is still off, at this point. leave the modem off for 45 seconds. Turn the modem on, it should be connected to the router which does not have any computers connected to the router. wait for the cable modem to show activity on all of the display, (aprox 3 min) then turn plug the cat 5 from the computer into the routers appropriate slot.
