Sounds like it is between your PC and the D-Link. Are you able to hookup a cable from the PC to the Dlink and check the configuration? You will need to make sure that whatever settings are in place for wireless or LAN ports match to what your computer's network settings are. WEP key settings, encryption settings, DHCP etc.
