When I use XEROX Docucolor 2240 from time to time I get a stain on the top of the landscape oriented A4. Everything is clean and really can not understand why. The problem exist in 80 to 250 gr paper. It seems that the printer stores some towner and puts it out when he wants.

Our scenario: About 12 BizHub's C253 configured to do IP-Adress-Fax over our intranet WAN (MPLS). Most of the time everything works well, but sometimes, a job can't be transmitted and the bizhub keeps it with status ''sending'' in the output-queue. All later faxes keep waiting for that blocking job. The job blocks forever... no timeout. The receiving Bizhub is still able to get jobs from others, so it can't be the source of the problem. If i remove the dangling job, all remaining jobs are sent immediately without any problem.j Users don't get notified about the blocking job, so they realize this only after the recipient calls back, shouting about waiting so long... Any hints?

Hi. Our office has a Canon IRC2880i photocopier/printer/scanner unit. It has just started to print/copy blank pages?! All toners have toner. I've tried a main unit clean following the online prompts but there aren;t any other options to do a 'health-check' on the machine. Any ideas anyone. Much appreciated!
