E02e01 code on cannon w8400,how can i clear it

E350 is soft ID PCB Faulty and E355 is counter pcb problem. Have you cleared the code in service, if COPIER>Function>CLEAR>E355-CLR], press the OK key to clear it Thread Error code 355 and 350 in Canon IR 2220i

Sounds like something is blocking the carriage.

Plug your printer directly into the Mac.

i have the same problem with PM tank (error code E0250A). tried three! new ink tanks and nothing. the empty one is fine...

it's a problem that the sensors can read adn adjust the print head.
1.st print a nozzle check to see if the print head is OK
2.nd check if the paper is suitable for this kind of printer,sometimes it's not enough to use pigment materials but the correct materials.
3.rd clean carefully the sensor that reads the print-out
try and let us know the results

just go inot service mode and clear the error code
