Have you installed the August 2013 update for Facebook Camera? See

If you haven't already installed the update, that's the first thing to try....and if you updated Facebook Camera BEFORE you upgraded to Mavericks, try reinstalling that update, or even the whole program and the update.

UPDATE TO THE LATEST VERSION OF WHATEVER BROWSER UR USING AND GET ALL THE UPDATES FOR UR BROWSER ALONG WITH ALL THE UPDATES FOR ADOBE FLASHPLAYER, SHOCKWAVE AND GO TO JAVA.COM AND GET THE LATEST JAVA UPDATES AS WELL.
