How do I delete a voicemail number from my alcatel A392G phone

I purchased a new alcatel A392G phone with an existing voicemail number that doesn't belong to me. How can I delete it from my cell phone?

Press the hard button which you normally use for switching profiles this will enable the keypad which you can then press the relevant number to delete your voice mail

call cricket cause sometims that would happen to my phone but it was just because they messed up my bill and got it confused with someone elses

also can reset factory settings on some but will lose numbers,messeges,etc.

I would check with your cellular provider to make sure that they kept your voicemail when you purchased the new phone.

After listening to each message, you must delete ones you no longer want by hitting 7 on keypad/dialpad for each message you want to delete. Your voicemail box only holds so many messages. When it gets full, you must empty some out.
