I can't find a screen for my blu studio 5.3

Well that is a very big promble but I think you shopuld go to the store that your Blu Studio 5.3 came for and teel them that it on white.

make sure you have a good internet Connection,and Install latest update Adobe Flash Player Plugin for your internet Browser.

if it was down loaded from the internet then you shald get in an email but otherwise it shald be on the back of the box,on the cd cace, or on the manual that you got with the program.

optical sensor is burned out or the spindle is not spinning the disk to read it.

If the card is inserted correctly and its not damaged, then the memory card should show up under media manager, you need to put the files onto the memory card not on the phone...

When you first insert the card into the phone, you need to format the card, some phones create specific folders for different things when they format, e,g images, Videos, etc. You may need to do this.

I cant remember if this phone had this option but try it anyway as if it works, it should be faster than using Samsung PC Studio...

Unplug USB out of the Phone and a couple of seconds later plug it back in, see if the phone asks you for Mass Storage mode... If it does select that, after a while the Memory Card should show up on your PC just like a USB memory stick you can drag and drop files to it and its faster than going through Samsung PC Studio :)

Hi I didn't sort it. I can't get through to you as my password isn't working so I've put the computer into the menders. Also, I can't delete pinnacle from this computer and it's taking up a lot of brain. I want to load in pinnacle 11 but can't without removing studio 9.
