-   I can install the software, it loads and puts an icon on the desktop but when I click on that icon to open it up it tells me MusicExpress MFC application has encountered a problem and needs to close. I have repeated this process several times and nothing seems to work. I bought the MP3 player #48379-256MB-   suepr
