Problem for Standard Televisions

Not Working. Was told it won't power up. However, I attached a power cord to it, and pushed the on button. All that happened was a green and red light kept flashing alternately. No picture or sound. Selling ''as is'' for parts or repair.

hold down inpit buton and power up the tv.It will erase memory for faults.
