The DVD/CD tray on my BOSE 321 system is stuck inthe closed position. How do I open it?

pulled it out to far and its stuck closed making noise
The dvd tray won't open, the system won't stay "on". I never have been all that impressed with this system. What do you suggest?

My cd/dvd is stuck closed and is making a strange noise when I try to eject it. I already removed power and reset but still the same problem.
mine will not open either . . . .it always eventually does - a few day later. very annoying!

My young daughter apparently put a sheet of paper into the tray. It won't open anymore. If I could just access inside the bose 321, I think I would be able to get the sheet out.

I found a dvd with no writing on it . I wanted to know what was on it so I put in the dvd player and now it will not open. on the display window it reads opening then it shuts off.

DVD open/closed gets lost and becomes inoperable in the closed position. I power down and it resets to fix the problem.

Tray is non operatable. Can be pulled out and pushed in manually, but won't respond to remote, and won't play cds or dvds.

i turn on bose onit and display lights up instantly , a few seconds later bose 321 appears on screen the screen goes black like it lost power but dvd drive still runnin i can hear spinning
