If you cannot see right away something stuck between a keyboard rail and a piano key, your piano needs to be adjusted by a proper piano technician. There are too many moving parts where 1mm makes all the difference. Down in Florida, our humidity is pretty high, and when we bought our piano, there were 3 sticky keys. Since that was a high end upright Sauter piano, I called a technician from www.europianosnaples.com. The guy came out, took apart the keyboard, nothing wrong there, all the key bushings (guess that's what they are called) are fine, keys were not touching the rail. Tech found a few weak springs in the action (I was explained that they push back they key). Took 3 hours to replace them since they were in a place, where I wouldn't dare to get into. http://www.europianosnaples.com/

You'll likely need to try removing the keys, so you can see if something is stuck underneath it. That would be my first move.
In order to do this, follow these steps:

The front panel and the keyboard fall are designed to be easily removed for tuning purposes anyway.

To check it out....The front panel likely has a little clip either side near the top on the inside. Just undo these clips and lift the panel out. The keyboard fall should then be easy to lift out too.

There may be a long wooden rail which you need to take out also. Once inside, the keys themselves can be carefully lifted off the central spikes on which they sit.

Remember how you did this so you can get them back in again.

Since your piano is so old and worn, Often times, the wooden rail in front of the keys (just above your knees when you are playing) bows inwards a little due to age and temperature/humidity fluctuations. This then causes the little white front bit of the keys to jam against the wood and you have to physically lift the keys back up to return them.
If this is the problem you will need to take out the keys and shave some wood off the inside of this rail to allow the keys to move up and down freely again.
Or sometimes you may find you have a small object caught under a key or two. Much simpler to remove and free up your keys, if this is your problem..
Hopefully, this is all you will find wrong with your piano.
If all else fails...
I wouldn't attempt to tune your piano by yourself. I would seek out an experienced piano tuner for that.
But it is worth attempting to repair it first before you go that far.
Good luck !!

Grimmel Bros upright piano. I just want to know how to close the Falsettoing thing so the cats stop scaring the sharp out of everyone.

It sounds like you are referring to the fallboard or key cover of your Grimmel Bros upright piano. To close the fallboard, gently push it up towards the piano's music stand until it clicks into place. The curved part you mentioned is probably the key cover, which can be lowered to protect the keys from dust and debris when the piano is not in use. To lower the key cover, grasp it at the center and gently pull it towards you until it lays flat over the keys. If your cats are causing problems by jumping on the piano keys, you may want to consider covering the piano with a fitted cover or keeping the room door closed to prevent them from accessing the instrument.

How do I repair a stuck key on my Samick sxp 501 digital piano?

First determine what the material of your digital piano keys are. Many digital pianos now days have plastic keys but if you have those ebony black and ivory white keys, you need to clean them with extensive care.

1 - Use a damp cloth for cleaning your keys and make them dry.
2 - Use a small amount of liquid soap with a damp cloth.
3 - Clean dirty keys with this cloth. Your grip must be firm but rubbing must be light.
4 - Gently rub keys until they are completely clean.
NB: These steps can be followed for plastic keys but for ivory keys, you would need to get ivory scrapper

"Great teacher (Sandy) with lots of patient. Friendly and nice and also passionate till I have little time to rest my poor little hand. Learned for about a year plus and now can play more fluently and confidently. Price is acceptable and duration is just nice."

How so I fix a stuck piano key

It would depend on why it's sticking. First thing to check is the key bushing felt, then see if the key has swollen and is rubbing the ajascent key. Past that, you'll need a repairman.

G# and A# Ghost Notes!

First try looking in your transpose settings. Refer to your manual to see if any arpeggiation/unnatural chord settings were inadvertently created by you or made by another user. If you believe it is a software problem you can not solve, back up your memory bank, remove your memory card, and hard reset your keyboard. Insert your memory card and check to see if your problem still exists.
If it is a technical problem, it sounds like you may need to get it checked out by an engineer/repairman. Sometimes when a digital keboard's keys collect too much dust/debris they can trigger multiple keys that aren't being pressed. Think about it like a key getting caught on an upright piano and pulling back the hammer next to the one that was played. A digital piano works off of one or several printed circuit boards or PCBs. The printed circuits usually can not short circuit because the wires and circuits sit in fixed positions. If an alien conductive fiber or series of conductive fibers connects a conducter to another, or if there is any humidity inside your piano it may cause circuits to misfire when a circuit is connected in the area. This could explain why notes you are not playing are being activated in the area in which you are playing.

If you are in a humid area and you suspect that this may be the cause you can attempt to draw out the humidity before getting a an expensive diagnostic done. Find a box large enough to house your keyboard. [If it is on a stand take it off and] place it inside the box. Cover the keyboard with plastic wrap (so as to prevent any foreign objects from getting into the instrument) and very carefully surround the piano with white rice. Remove the plastic wrap, close the box and leave it alone for a few days. The rice draws out any moisture from the electronic components. Very carefully (again so as to avoid getting any rice inside it) remove the keyboard from the box; remove any dust from the body, face, keys, and other components. Try your keyboard now. If humidity/moisture on the PCBs was the problem it should be solved. If not it is time to take your piano for a tune-up.
Hope this helps!

Kurzweil sp4 7 stage piano

It sounds like there may be an issue with the piano sounds on your Kurzweil sp4-7 keyboard. One possibility is that there may be a problem with the software or firmware of the keyboard, in which case you may need to update the software or contact the manufacturer for assistance. Another possibility is that there may be a problem with the internal hardware of the keyboard, in which case you may need to have it repaired by a professional technician. In either case.

Kurzweil piano keys are clicking seems to be worn out.

I don't see you doing any damage by having a look but I would get a piano tuner or repairer in to investigate the problem expertly - no slight on you. But if your Church congregation depend on it it's well worth the money.
Good Luck
