Cross wired speakers and blown power transistor.

remove again all the new power transistor.
now power up the unit, if fuse still blows, remove the drivers

then measure the voltages if the fuse dont blows again

now check the driver transistors and if bad have it replaced

after powering up, you should have audio out now to your amplifier, test it

if it dont we have to test again backwards

test the unit for a few minutes and feel if there is transistor that is overheating, if the sound is good

you can reconnect good power transistor, better to check first before installing again

a good amplifier does not produce more than 0.7V on its output

Often when the outputs get shorted, the "driver" circuit gets smoked as well. If you are having the fuse blow, there are additional semiconductors that are defective as well. This unit should be brought in for service. Realistically, this will need about $30 or so in parts. Without experience, this will be a difficult one to repair.
