Not much you can do about this one, connect to itunes and reload all your music and don't unplug it when it says not to again.

If you are having problems syncing it then search the 5 R's on apples website and follow them to the letter.

Just use iTunes to manage your iPod. Disable RealPlayer's ability to see your iPod. You probably have songs in the file area rather than in the song area on the iPod. Restore the iPod and use iTunes.

My display shows contact support

Well...go to the website. The page for your model will show you how to do a system restore - this will result in all of your songs being erased, so it is a good idea to back up all the songs first.

Back the songs up by connecting your iPod to the computer, opening up the iPod icon in My Computer, and opening the music folder. Create a temporary folder on your desktop to store the music. Drag the music files from the music folder of the iPod to the temporary folder you have just created on the desktop. Now you can update the player, which will erase your songs, but your music will be available to redownload onto the iPod.

Songs were erased and replaced

This isn't very much help i know but unforturnetly they''ve been replaced and you will not be able to get them back.

It's happened to me many of times it's horrible and fustrating all the hard work arganising them and one acksidental move can ruin everything.

Sorry my solution could not be much help.
