Join an Australian Forum, ever consider that<?
Our forum is USA and we don't have any books on your cars.
not only that, there is no PDF back in 1998. so some poor guy/gal
would have to scan it page by page front and back for a week.
no one has yet.. sorry, (hope im wrong but , i bet not !)
best place for real used book is on ebay (Australian, version)

login to alldata.com yet see if what you want to do matches yours?
login to suzuki pitstop plus and look
its just 4 bucks to look !
but the engine choice here, are less so may not match, same with wiring and wiring colors, and lighting, and other differences(laws)

like first google hit?
http://www.suzuki-forums.com/australia/

https://www.facebook.com/suzukiswiftclubaustralia

ever google, and use Australia as part of the search?

our forum here X, is in California. and is not organized at all
and for sure country.
in fact, our forum forgets to even ask that. step 1. Sadly.
this one fact, makes most answers wrong, or at least 1/2

Testimonial: "thanks for the answer i did not not that this forum is not world wide"

sure it is, but is english only, (try to post'g answers other thant english, it it fails, (they cant check for bad words, my guess) but is a USA forum. its in calif. the problem is not one poster ever posts the country and all answers will be wrong, after all the person with the book , needs that fact, and nobody ever says it, see like 3 out of a zillion. example : can some one give me a free, FSM for an Australian, 1998 Swift , knowing that there was never one ever published ? in machine readable form? "eg. PDF" all forums are www. but not one car made is world wide, nor will there ever be one (laws) this is a desease on all forums. I see it every day, vast posts. , great helpers and 3 days later, 100s of posts and gee , you'er in Zimbabwe. what a waste off good talent all that.

the forum is world wide as are all web sites, (all www) but the car is not. no car is a world wide car. never going to happen. so always post country and engine if and engine quesiton. in this case its a FSM book quesion and you need and AUS book. for sure.

do not feel bad, almost all posts on this forum are a wreck, no country , no year, no engine , no transmission option stated, most are. so we must PUMP the poor customer for simple facts. endless it is.

I like to see fuse box in engine compartment and its link for suzuki cino

not even a year stated, is this a test? (we failed)
1994?
lost the operators guide, it is there.
and the box it self is marked, look yet?
and is in the FSM book (factory serv. man)
buy one?
we dont have Cino here, in usa, and is a usa forum.
we did have Swifts in 1985 , that were CINO based.
means we dont have books on it either. for obvious reasons.
so join an Suzuki Australian forum>? my guess, as to where you live.....
next time post country, please,,, be the 4th ever out of 1million.
why?
because
fuse boxes vary by
Country
and engine options. and A/C options.
and more.....

the cars operators manual matches ALL THAT.

What is the largest size battery I can put in 1996 suzuki cino, I want to ensure that I have sufficent power for electrics, thanks.

WHEN YOU GO TO AUTO PARTS STORES BUY A BATTERY. THEY WILL LOOK UP WHAT BATTERY SIZE AND COLD CRANKING AMPS YOU NEED. ALL THEY NEED TO KNOW IS YOUR ENGINE SIZE AND TYPE OF FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM.THEN THEY LOOK UP WHAT YOU NEED.

Where can i get a workshop manual for a suzuki swift 1300,1998

If you can't find one over there check out faxonautoliterature. They carry original manufacturer service manuals and they list 3 different ones for your car. I have used them before and found their service to be excellent. They are in California and I live in Eastern Canada and can get manuals in about 7-8 days. Hope this helps.

Air intake Problem

It is called a warm up tube. It's purpose is to keep the CARB or Throttle plate area from icing up.

I have witnessed icing at 45 degrees (measured) ambient temprature. The low pressure surrounding the throttle plate(s) makes the area very cold.

If you do not have this tube, or the controls for it are not working, you get wierd stalling, or over rich conditions...Turn car off for few minutes (7-11 stop for example) and restart car...pretso, runs and idles perfect...

I recommend going to www.autozone.com and register for free. Then you will have full free online repair manual.
You can always go to ebay or www.onlinefreeebooks.net/automotive-machinery.../suzuki/
or

Car is stuck in second gear and wont go in reverse. it is a 1995 suzuki swift cino with a 5spd manual. Thoughts?

try rocking it while someone sits in it trying to pull out of second. This may give you enough play to get out of the stuck gear. Sounds like a linkage problem
