It may be that you accidentally deleted your gamer tag. try recovering it from Xbox live. if you deleted your tag you may have also accidentally deleted your saves too which you cannot recover.

hi !

if you know how to slave your Hard Disk, try to slave it on other PC with the same windows OS you have. Then the file that you accidentally deleted to your Hard disk, OR you may clone all the System file in the Windows folder " C:\ WINDOWS ". in that way your OS will run back to it's normal process.

I did not get a recovery disk for microsoft office

if you accidentally deleted some files from microsoft office , you can download some small utilities from the internet there are freeware you can download. i would recommend diskdoctors.com
