Question about Palm Tungsten E2 Handheld
The black liquid means the display is damaged beyond repair. That's the liquid crystal (LC) in the display (LCD). Where you send
it for repairs would depend on the manufacturer, the store you bought
it from, and if you have a service plan or not, but it's not something you can do yourself unfortunately. Been there too :(
