All the other voltages generated by the SMPS too should be checked. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
Schematic diagrams along with voltages are given. Refer it, and check all of it.

SOURCE: Crt standard hisense tv no power fuses are not

Sometimes is possible. Because, when the transistor shorts, the small value load resistor connected to its emitter might blown up before the fuse.

Hisense tv will only display the word hisense with no picture and power light continually blinks

Those blinks are fault indications. From the number of blinks occur at one time switch on, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside it. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ If you wish to get more details visit the site linked here.

Crt standard hisense 54cm colour tv model tc2198L no powering fuse ok HOT ok.

Check the power supply. If you have no output from the power supply try to disconnect the power supply from the other circuits ( such as the IF,audio, video, horizontal, vertical, etc. If the voltage at the power supply comes up when you disconnect a particular circuit then that circuit is loading down the power supply and you would troubleshoot that circuit. If after disconnecting the other circuits and the power supply still shows zero, then you would troubleshoot the power supply.

My tv turns on color works, sound works, then about 45 seconds after it is on, it dims out and shuts off

Hello
Your TV has an internal voltage regulation trouble. Set switches on, finds some voltage troube, normally overvoltage and shuts down. Your TV has an internal voltage regulator. Check if its secondary voltage is more than 110VDC on load. It can be vary from 105V to 115VDC. If it higher than 115v or so, your TVs system control Ic will sense it and shuts the whole supply voltages to down. It is a protection done by the manufacturer. You just check it. In most televisions there will be a preset onboard control to adjust it. For that you need the proper measuring equipments and some skill and more patience.

Screen will not turn on, power light flashes red. Nothing happens when power button is pushed will not turn set off.

try checking first your tact switch or your power button, then next look for open fuses or low ohm resistor on secondary part of your power supply then check your horizontal and vertical outputs for shortage and open circuits check also your horizontal drive stage.

TV won't turn on.

The horizontal (line) deflection circuit appears to be at fault. This circuit is responsible for the generation of high voltage (tension) that also drives many of the secondary circuits such as the vertical drive, tuner and sound stages. While the main power supply itself is running, a failed secondary stage will give the symptom that you've mentioned. Replacing the line-output transistor is likely to solve the problem. However, this advice is given with the understanding that you are familiar with TV repair. Otherwise please refer servicing to a qualified tech.

Dead unit

your problem is that your output is less than normal

first you isolate h/output from power supply if it comes to normal(115V).

then problem in h/output stage

for that you check

h/output,cap & diode in flyback section & flyback transformer.

but power output is still 50v then problem in power supply for that check oscillator ckt & switching output.

good luck.
